1 JULY 2024: We hosted the University of Queensland Intercollegiate Meat Judging team preparing for the Australian ICMJ conference in Wagga this week.
ACC’s workplace trainer Tony Kickert offered the last round of specialised training to the UQ team as members prepare for this major event in meat science education.
The conference includes a competition element, with winners joining the Australian team competing in international titles in the US.
While they were here, the team was addressed by our COO Andrew Ross (pictured), and met other ACC executives at a BBQ.
The week-long event at Charles Sturt University also sees a range of industry leaders making presentations, including our group manager R&D, Paul Gibson who will discuss the next frontier in supply chain measurement technology.
