Anthony Lee

Chief Executive Officer ACC Group

Anthony Lee joined the family business in 1994 and has worked across most parts of the business, including labouring roles and supervisory, management and executive positions across processing and agribusiness

Anthony is currently the Chief Executive Officer for the ACC Group. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Queensland.

Michael Brown

Chief Financial Officer ACC Group

Michael joined Australian Country Choice as Chief Financial Officer in 2020.

A CPA with a 28-year career in accounting and finance management roles across transport, engineering consumable wholesaling, bread manufacturing and the beef industry, his most recent experience included 17 years with Teys Australia in GM Finance and CFO roles.

Andrew Ross

Chief Operations Officer - Processing ACC Group

Andrew Ross joined the red meat industry in 1985 and performed numerous duties throughout the entire processing chain, leading into middle management positions. Has been in senior management positions across primary and further processing within the red meat industry for the past 20 years and has significant operational and management experience.

Andrew is responsible for Safety, Quality, Primary & Further Processing and Asset Management.

Jim Titmarsh

Chief Operating Officer - Agribusiness ACC Group

Jim Titmarsh has been in management and executive management positions in the northern beef industry since 1994. He is the COO of ACC Agribusiness which includes cattle-breeding, growing and lot-feeding, and broad acre farming operations.

Jim is based in the Roma district of south-west Queensland.

Merrick Studders

Chief Commercial Officer ACC Group

Merrick joined ACC in 2015 and has worked in analytical, business development and commercial roles across ACC’s integrated supply chain. He has responsibility for the revenue and improvement functions of the ACC Group through leadership of the sales, customer account management, business analytics, new product development and R&D teams. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons I) from the University of Queensland and is completing his MBA (UQ).

Rachel Corcoran

Chief People and Compliance Officer ACC Group

Rachel is a highly experienced senior Human Resources leader with more than 25 years of experience in HR management in the supply chain and transport sectors, stock broking and accounting. She holds a Graduate Certificate of Human Resources and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Des Woolfield

Chief Technology Officer ACC Group

Des joined ACC in 2021 as an experienced IT leader in supply chain-centric businesses. He has responsibility for all aspects of IT including business applications, data and integration, cyber security and infrastructure platforms, in addition to the group R&D function. He holds a Bachelor in Information Technology from QUT and a Masters in Business and Technology from UNSW.
